2. Services

We provide document attestation services including but not limited to degree attestation, embassy attestation, MOFA attestation, and apostille services. The scope of services is agreed upon at the time of engagement.

3. Document Submission

Clients are responsible for submitting original documents or certified copies as required. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation.

4. Processing Time

Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the embassy, government office, and other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any delays.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are provided at the time of quotation. Payment terms are agreed upon before the commencement of services. All fees are non-refundable once the attestation process has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe handling of your documents, we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to delays by government offices, embassies, or courier services.
